    1. Make a new user account on your PlayStation 3. To do this move across the XMB menu all the way to the left, choose "Create New User ", and enter a new user name for the account.

    2. Logged in as the new user on your PS3, move over to the right hand side of the XMB and open the "PlayStation Store ".

    3. You will be prompted with a screen that will give you 2 options.you will want to pick the option to create a new account.

    4. It will ask you what country/ region of residence. here just choose the country that you want this psn account to be on. And finish filling out the rest of the information.

Now you have an account from different country... Why would you want an account from different country? Because sometimes other region gets games demo before the region that you are on, or sometimes you can't get some of the games that you want from the region that you live in.

EXample: Japan psn has games that may interest you, that you can't get in united state.

*********99.9% of ps3 games are region free, so you can play just about any games from regions that you want, also some movies are regions free too.*******
